Gabrielle Leverette has supported friends and family alike during their pregnancy, labor and postpartum transitions for over 15 years. She has also served as a support for those who have lost loved ones, struggled through a separation or divorce or simply making life changes. In August 2019, Gabrielle successfully completed formal Full Spectrum Doula training under DTI (Doula Trainings International). Gabrielle is an active member of the NAACP, The Perinatal Taskforce, The First Ladies of Poverty, and The Doula Access Work Group (Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies of Georgia). She is a proud wife, mother and social/reproductive justice advocate bringing light to the crisis of Black Maternal Mortality in the U.S. Gabrielle also enjoys writing and recently joined the Mahmee team as a Freelance Content Writer for the company's digital platform.
